(“Company”) hereby notifies its esteemed shareholders, key stakeholders, the Nigerian Stock Exchange (“NSE”) and the public that the Company has obtained the approval of the Corporate Affairs Commission to extend the time for the Company to hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for the year 2019. The reason for not holding the AGM within the NSE stipulated timeline is due to logistics issues. The Company has committed to hold the AGM on or before the 31st of December 2019.
