The Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) conducted its quarterly site visit on June 16, 2026, to assess the progress of the Mohammed Isah Road Project, contracted to Global Spectrum.
According to FCDA staff on site, most service works are nearly complete, with only the discharge storm line and sewer piping still ongoing. Additionally, stone base laying and asphalt works have officially commenced, marking significant progress on the project.
Engr. Stanley and Mr. Wasiu highlighted a critical concern regarding payment delays that requires urgent attention:
Payment delays must be reviewed immediately to prevent project disruption.
The site risks going on downtime if payments are not addressed promptly.
Immediate asphalt application on the major road is essential to protect the completed work from water washout, which could reverse progress and compromise the project’s overall integrity.
